The Skinny


I grew up eating my mom's mandelbread, and loved it.  As I got older, I learned how to make it for myself.  I made some changes here and there and have created, what some have said to be, "THE BEST mandelbread ever".

As a chef, I take great pride in putting out a product everyone loves to eat.

Try it right out of the freezer, or you can pop it in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds for a "fresh out of the oven" experience. 

Either way is delicious!

* there are no preservatives used in my mandelbread. it will keep up to 2 weeks  at room temperature (even though it never stays around that long) and up to 6 months to a year in the freezer.
(these are not tested times...just a best guess)

You can do any combination of flavors, chocolates, nuts and dried fruits.

At an additional cost, The FATMAN'S Mandelbread is available dairy free (Pareve) as well as flour free for Passover.

Disclaimer: 
The consumption of my mandelbread will leave you wanting more. 

Side effects may be couch potato-ism, a larger mid-section and/or tuchus, thunder thighs,
hi-janes and a third chin... but it's worth it!
