I grew up eating my mom's mandelbread, and loved it. As I got older, I learned how to make it for myself. I made some changes here and there and have created, what some have said to be, "THE BEST mandelbread ever".
As a chef, I take great pride in putting out a product everyone loves to eat.
Try it right out of the freezer, or you can pop it in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds for a "fresh out of the oven" experience.
Either way is delicious!
* there are no preservatives used in my mandelbread. it will keep up to 2 weeks at room temperature (even though it never stays around that long) and up to 6 months to a year in the freezer.
